2. After completing the form, please make the payment as instructed and upload the last five digits of your remittance account number along with the payment receipt.

3. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. You will be notified upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Membership Fee Categories:

1. Student Member
Any student currently enrolled in a university or college who agrees with the Association’s mission, and holds a valid student ID or enrollment certificate, may submit a membership application. Upon approval and payment of the membership fee, the applicant becomes a student member.

Entrance Fee: NT$500 (payable upon enrollment)
Annual Membership Fee: NT$500

2. Individual Member
Any individual aged 20 or above who agrees with the Association’s mission may submit a membership application. Upon approval and payment of the membership fee, the applicant becomes an individual member.

Entrance Fee: NT$1,000 (payable upon enrollment)
Annual Membership Fee: NT$1,000

3. Supporting Member
Any individual or organization that agrees with the Association’s mission and contributes funds or resources may submit a membership application. Upon approval, the applicant becomes a supporting member for the current year.

4. Organizational Member
Any non-profit organization or group that agrees with the Association’s mission may submit a membership application. Upon approval and payment of the membership fee, the organization becomes an organizational member. Each organizational member may appoint two representatives to exercise membership rights.

Entrance Fee: NT$10,000 (payable upon enrollment)
Annual Membership Fee: NT$20,000

5. Honorary Member
Any individual invited in writing by the Association and who agrees with its mission becomes an honorary member.

6. Lifetime Member
Any individual aged 20 or above who agrees with the Association’s mission may submit a membership application. Upon approval and payment of the membership fees, the applicant becomes a lifetime member.

Entrance Fee: NT$1,000 (payable upon enrollment)
Lifetime Membership Fee: NT$10,000
